Will I have enough time to get my tickets before my workshops start?
Registration opens one hour before Workshops/Classes begin. Students will have plenty of time to get class tickets prior to classes — it's also a great time to look at the class availability list and buy a ticket or two for other great classes you want. Class samples will be on display outside the registration desk.
 Where is the show?
BC's Creative Expo is being held at the new Langley Events Centre located at 7888 – 200th Street, Langley. This is a couple of Blocks south of Highway 1 at the 200th street exit.
Can I have my tickets mailed to me before the Expo?
YES! We will MAIL tickets before the Expo if you register prior to Sep 30. So pre-registering is the way to go - get your tickets early and avoid standing in lines!
Can I register on-line?
YES! There is a secure on-line payment system once you choose your class.
Are children allowed at the Expo, and if so, do they need to purchase an admission ticket?
Children 12 and under are free of charge to the show floor. Please note NO children are allowed in classes or Crop Parties (exceptions may be made if the child is accompanied by an adult and participating with a paid class ticket).
Can I sign up for classes at the Expo rather than buying them ahead of time?
Yes, you can purchase class tickets, based on availability, starting at 8 am each day. Note that classes may sell out before the Expo opens, so be sure to pre-register if there is a class that you really don't want to miss.
How do the admissions discounts work?
If you purchase $50 worth of classes your admission is free. You can register in advance to receive $2 off admission. If you choose to enter one of our contests you can receive $2 off admission. We will need your contest entry before your tickets are sent to you. Contest entries can be dropped off at the show or you can drop them off at our office in Surrey or Mail them to our Surrey office.
Will there be plenty of activities to keep me busy all day?
Yes, there will be many vendor booths, Make n’ Takes and demos on the show floor, card contest wall to view, quilt block wall to view, not to mention numerous hands-on workshops to choose from throughout the Expo. Follow that up with a Late Night Crop or Evening Class and you'll probably find time at a premium!
Is there a cost for parking?
Parking at the Langley Events Centre is free. You can also take the Sky Train to Surrey Central Station and then take the 501 or 502 but to the Events Centre.
Is there somewhere to eat at the show?
There are several concession stands at the Langley Events Centre and different ones will be open throughout the show. There are also several restaurants nearby that can be reached quickly by car.

Is there a Coat Check?
There will be a coat check for all coats, trolley bags, and large strollers. Trolley bags and Strollers (except umbrella strollers) will not be allowed on the show floor.
After the show how do I get my door prize?
If you were contacted to say you won a door prize you need to come to the office and pick it up or we can ship it to you COD.
